Multinational CIMIC Group visited the CIMIC Division of the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers in Europe

Mons - Belgium. The Commander of the Multinational CIMIC Group, Colonel Francesco Greco, together with the Staff Coordinator Operations, Colonel Georgios Karagkiaouris, visited the CIMIC Division of the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers in Europe (S.H.A.P.E.).

The visit was an occasion to show, in the presence of Brigadier General Tonin Marku, the contribution of the Multinational CIMIC Group to the CIMIC Remote Support concept, tested during the “Double River 2018” Exercise held in Motta di Livenza in March. Furthermore, it was discussed on the future activities lying ahead of the Multinational CIMIC Group, among them the 11 th Cimic Unit Commanders’ Conference, that S.H.A.P.E. every year delegates to the Italian-led Unit, after having defined the topics.
